Reids
I'm also grateful for all these new people in our lives. I'm glad that we can all be in different points of our lives and still be connected. We all have our own individual ups and downs and we've certainly encountered those ups and downs collectively. But this right here is what's important. This is what matters. Our love, our friendship, our support, our laughs and our tears...those are the driving points of a family. Let's make sure to work to keep those connections strong...putting aside trivial differences for the big picture. And really, aren't they trivial? We have one maker to thank for giving us this life and this family and only to Him do we answer.
xoxo forever to all of you

My Ballerina
She LOVES to dance. And in my opinion, she's a natural. She's graceful.
Aunt Khanchi and company gave her a game for Christmas that was right up her ally. The game is based on the show "Angelina Ballerina." Addison doesn't really play by the rules, but she's made it into a learning tool. She looks at all the cards to learn the different moves and listens to the accompanying CD to dance.

Trip Recap
We went to MJR's for a double birthday celebration. It was great to get together with the Reid clan minus Madelyn. Here's a quick overview of our fun:
balloon fun!
Relaxing, Chatting, Swinging (Addison's favorite activity this weekend!)
Cake!
Cousin time (more Jaida-time):
Fun with Uncle Mikey: (note the progression):
Also worthy of noting...this little girl's companion:
He/She (Floppy is referred to more often, but not 100% of time, by Delilah as "she" and "her") was scrubbed down before our trip.
I did force a Floppy bath which Delilah wasn't happy about. But she gave in since she didn't want her aunties and uncle to make fun of her grimey Flops.
I don't know if you can tell from these before and after pictures...but mom's stain-remover recipe (along with plenty of elbow grease is the BEST!!!). Anyways - regarding Floppy - more to follow tomorrow!
