I don't even know who the artist is...my guess is Delilah. I found it and was taken with the accurateness of this. They are Sally and Nick from the Cat in the Hat.
Well when I look at the previous works of art you posted this week, it looks to me that the style is more in line with Addison's. But I could be wrong. You never commented on the "Guess the Artist" post with the correct identification.
