debating about whether or not to hold off another year, but am so glad that I didn't. I was able to find a purple/pink/princess bike at Goodwill and knew that it was perfect, especially with a $5 price tag! Then at a consignment store a few days later, would you even believe that I had the good fortune of finding a red Dora bike?!? I mean, how perfect is that. Both bikes needed some daddy-man help..but with his life spent with his dad and bikes, it was no problem. They jumped right in to help fix, of course. The girls were so very excited about the prospect of riding and helping daddy was sheer fun for them. We then even lucked out with getting some helmets from Ian, a good friend of Ezra, for the girls.

I'm loving Addison's look! It's nice to see she doesn't always have to be such a girly girl.
Awesome! Luke is very much looking forward to a bike this year also. He has been scootering and using other "bikes". Can't wait to hear how the girls do.
