For birthday #5, Aunt Edesie gave the girls tickets to a local amusement park. I wasn't planning on buying tickets for them because I didn't think there would be enough rides for their age....I was thinking they'd be too babyish. Well, they LOVED the little rides...and then we moved on. I thought we'd just look at the rides they were too short for...but I was wrong!
42" permitted them to ride a handful of other rides. I didn't get a pass to ride, so I was the one who was a bit nervous as my girlies ran ahead, waited excitedly in line and then got on by themselves. They LOVED it. It was a great day.
A real roller coaster!
Last seats!
By themselves!
She also gave them some cash so they could play a couple games and get a treat.
Meredith, it was a great gift. They replayed the conversation you had with them when you gave them the gift as we walked in. Thank you so much for the fun day. xoxo

From one pic to the next there is glee and joy on their faces. A super duper gift for sure, Meredith. It also appears like the time was right, Melanie, to close out the freedom of the summer as you welcomed in a structured work week on a Sept. weekend. They will be looking forward to a return trip. Aunty should have sole rights to purchasing this repeated b-day gift, I think.
