I don't have any reason for my lack of posts for this week. But we have been busy making plans for {eek} next week. Back to work for me...and Ezra's starting, too! I'm so grateful that he's stayed home with our babes for 3 years, but he's itching to get back into the work force. So he's landed a construction job...right up his alley. Soooo...we've had to look for childcare. :-( We interviewed a couple people and after our first one, my heart was aching. I was envisioning dropping the girls off so very early in the morning to this stranger's house with no other children there and was foreseeing tears from all 3 of us Thomas ladies! So we talked and debated waiting another year. But we did have another woman to interview. We went to her house where two 6-year olds were awaiting our arrival. They got their toys out (oh-so-girly princess castles and barbies) and engaged my two 3-year olds. Then they showed us their playroom equipped with all sorts of toys including the dress-up chest! When we went to leave, guess who threw a little fit? You got my mention of the dress-up chest, right? So the minor temper-tantrum seemed like a good thing to me. I can see that dropping the girls off to this house will be a-o-k! It makes for a very early morning, but that's the working family life!

It'll be a transition for every member of the Thomas family. Ezra certainly has been unselfish over the past few years with his job as stay-at-home dad.
You didn't mention part-time preschool for the babes.

Good luck! When do you start taking them? What will they call her?
Her name's Christine...but she lets little ones call her Chrissy. They go Tuesday and settle in with that routine for the week then pre-k starts the following week. Big moves for our little ones.
