Shopping W Twin Toddlers

Wow..this was sooo difficult. My mission was to purchase a sofa. This in itself is a difficult task for me...decisions, decisions. I mean, I have to think about the color, the material, the affordability, the size for our small living room, the ability to match up with more furniture later and, of course, the durability for my climbing girls! So all these decisions, multiple stores and I need to do this with toddlers in tow?!?! Thankfully, Marmy and Papa were up for the challenge to support me in all of these categories. Off we went...the girls were excited about traveling with Marmy and Papa and they were excited to run about the furniture store. They loved trying out the furniture and "pretend sleep".

This was a lot of work trying to keep them corralled...Marmy did what she does best and thought up a way to make the situation better. She spotted the wheelchair and we got another half hour of shop-time!

You can probably see some of the issues that we had to deal with...take off coats, the crown, shoes...but there were certainly more things to contend with...snacks, running, climbing, jumping, screaming. I was completely wiped out by the time that I got home...to think that my parents had an hour drive after that! Thank you for everything, Mom and Dad!

There was pretend sleep involved and I wasn't invited?!?!?!?!

I bet gpa was for real sleeping. Did the employees have to yell at him again?

That looked fun! How come the shoes always have to come off? I don't get it. :)

Umm...did Addy wear a pajama top to go along with pretend sleeping?

Sweet princess get-up! Soon enough that girl is going to be in heels..
