The activity can be quite difficult for me.
I don't think it's because I can be a control freak, but maybe so.
They fight over the colors, even when they have the same ones.
They eat the crayons.
They try to color on other things.

On our recent visit to see Nico and Aunt Gina, she gave us the Crayola Color Wonder Markers and Paper.
The simple act of coloring is now just that.
Maybe because it's still a novelty in our house.
But at this point, we're doing okey-dokey. (We're working on this phrase)
Pros:
Non-toxic.
Won't mark up surfaces.
Colors appear only on special paper.
Caps can be finger puppets.
Different themes available, including princess!
Cons:
A bit pricey.
Color argues continue, except that pink and purple belong to you-know-who.

Thanks, Gina!!!

Crayola, it's a good thing! You should check out the finger paints that are the same way. It's clear until it hits the "special" paper. This confuses Luke but once it's on the paper he likes it.
I think this is the first time I've seen matching hair styles. Very cute.
