We got hit by a lot of snow. So we decided to take advantage. First we collected some fresh snow and made ice cream. It was an easy=peasy recipe...snow, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Delilah didn't like, Addison liked for about two bites and I really enjoyed it. I'll try again in the future because it was a neat activity. But the coldness wasn't too bad...so we went for a walk as a family. The snowball fight started immediately.
And ended immediately!
So then the walk turned into a nature hike.
The hunt was on and the girls found "eggs" to carry and care for.
This baby was well cared for.
She brought it home and tended to it.
They played outside for a while and dug a nesting spot for it.
They watch too much Diego!
