Last weekend, we did an impromptu camp-out. We borrowed a camper and went to a friend's house who lives kind of out in the sticks. Well, they've got some land anyways. He decided to have a cook-out, play some games and make a big bonfire. I can't tell you how surprised I was when we showed up and found 8 dogs waiting for us! Eight!! And six of them are Pomeranians and the girls were smitten with these furry little things. OK, I'm not a dog person and I thought they were pretty adorable...but really furry and that's just too much hair for me.
Then we got to have some fun with his four-wheeler. Addison couldn't wait to try it and she LOVED it. She wanted everyone to take her. I convinced Lucy to try driving it by herself and once she got the hang of it, Addison insisted on going with her as well. No worries...there wasn't much speed with this machine!
Delilah was very hesitant, but I talked her into it finally...told her I'd go slow and Baby Floppy could go with us. So by the time we made the first lap, she told me that Baby Floppy really liked it. :)
The night went on and we ended with a bonfire and super-yummy s'mores. Not a bad spur-of-the-moment family outing!
