This is for you Reid girls who endured years of this brush. Once I started using this brush on the girls' fine hair instead of a comb, tolerance levels changed...in a positive way. So now they let me brush their hair and I have this brush to thank for that. And now that it's finally getting longer, I'm trying to get some different styles in there. In fact, I finally got in some braids! (Later on I even did a French Braid in Delilah's long locks.) They liked the braids...they were touching them and talking about them. I told them about Papa's love for beautiful hairstyles and they were super-excited to show him. Then at night they saw the kinky-effects of a full day with braids which lead to another animated discussion.

I have so many mixed feeling about the picture of that brush. I think I got it the worst with those tangles and Dad's determination to get through them to make a TIGHT (understatement) braid. But those tiny braid are adorable. Did they watch you as you braided the other's?
