I was working on this project for a while. I was so inspired by the
Pottery Barn Typewriter Keys Wall Art, but not the $300 price tag, that I went about attacking it on my own. I had some problems getting the look that I wanted, but finally found someone on line who was willing to share
her version...which I liked better than the PB original! So I worked on chiseling, cutting, modge-podging, oil-painting and nailing over a few weeks, getting help from the girls when I was "knocking" (aka hammering) and finally got this thing on my wall! I love it!
BTW - You're just seeing this now because my camera has been out of commission for a while and my cell pic was horrible...but now we're back in camera-mode thanks to the people at Canon!
