I don't want to forget the fun little routines and games that my little girls fall into. Here's a few recent events:
Delilah has taken to calling herself Baby Gina recently. I've no idea where she got it...but she likes to go into baby-mode and asks to be uppied or rocked. Addison tried to also claim the name Baby Gina, Delilah was not about to let that happen, so I dubbed Addy with Baby Rosie. She accepted.
They address me occasionally with ma'am. It dawned on me that I say "yes ma'am" and "no ma'am"!
Delilah surprises us with "I love you" when we do something nice for her or meet a request of hers.
They initiate the game "where is...?" now after sisters or dolls have been hidden. They giggle with delight when we don't know and they reveal the hiding spot before we can even pretend to look.
Since we take the skin off most apples, the girls take the "skin" off their bread themselves since we don't cut the crusts off. Then they moved to taking the skin off crayons...against our advice! So logical!
