I recently got Lucy's old medical kit out because my friend, Sara, mentioned that she had been playing with the stethoscope with her daughter who is just a bit younger. I thought that this was a terrific way to prep them for their 2-year checkup which is pretty soon. No stethoscope in the kit...I suppose something that's been around for a while is bound to lose something. They seem to be most fond of the shot (wait until the dr. visit) and and the cuff to check BP. We tell them that they're just like Grandma who uses her stethoscope at work.
Delilah is always so very sweet and I looked over to see her being so kind to her doll. Then I started to give her attention which of course brought the bruiser over. Surprisingly, she was equally kind, to the doll that is because the fight started right after about who played with what medical equipment.

We need to get your bruiser and my bruiser together. Whenever we play with our neighbor, Xander, who is 6months younger than Luke, Xander always ends up in tears. Luke is a brute!
