Delilah's antics

Since D is now on the prowl, she's getting anywhere she can. She's sick of watching Addison have all the fun...so her new spot is under the Exersaucer. She also learned a couple things from watching big sis, she doesn't get stuck.

Addy just plopped right over on the pile of blankets she pulled down for her nap. Looks like a nice, cozy pile of softness!

Our 2nd crawler

Delilah is scooting all over with her little version of the commando crawl. Notice her little rudder that she uses to get her equilibrium on target.

Investigating...

So now that Addy can crawl, she's investigating everything and Delilah just watches. Though I did notice today that Delilah decided to investigate a little on her own while Addy was off doing her own thing. Well, at one point, Addison made it under the crib. I do have some stuff under there as it's seemed a great place for storage. So here she is atop a seat that we no longer use. Of course, she couldn't figure out how to get out. Well, that's not true. She knew enough to crawl towards me, but didn't know to duck her head, so she kept banging her head and then the crying started. I finally managed to hold her head down and pull her out. (This didn't stop the crying. )

Monkey time

Do you even need to look in the background to see who's there in order to know who's booty we're looking at???

Addy is such a great sister - she's playing monkey to make Delilah laugh. Then after, she crawled towards D, who inched her way to Addison and met in the middle to have a giggling party. Their interaction is so sweet...for the most part.

the perils of twins

Not uncommon around this household...a minor collision. There were some tears to follow, nothing that didn't get hugged away! Notice the slick foot move...I've become so dexterous with all parts of my body - elbows, hips, feet, the list goes on! (I'm sorry, but I can't rotate a video...I'll try to be more aware in my future tapings!)

Sitting up!?!

Mommy stayed home today because school was canceled!! Another day to hang out with the little cherubs. Well, Addy took full advantage to show off her sitting skills...she's moving past the tripod stance and into full sitting. Not so much for little Delilah.

giggles

Well - today we let the giggles out. Addison and Delilah are quite aware of each other at this point. They're almost 7 months old! Sometimes they just look at each other and laugh away. It's absolutely wonderful to see.

Ooh la la...it's our BF!

We got together with our boyfriend Nico. This is the second time that we met him; and boy, is he growing. Of course, he's bigger than little Lila, but he's bigger than Addy, too! He has a beautiful smile and we were all showing off our smiles together.
